Take Route 94 South (route number changes to Route 30 at the Maryland border) to Route 27 South in Manchester. Turn right onto Route 27 South and proceed for 7 miles to Westminster. Take Route 140 East and proceed for 1.8 miles to the plant, which is on the right side of the highway.
