Systems Engineer

POSITION DUTIES:

This position is responsible for the design and development of pneumatic and hydraulic brake systems for passenger rail vehicles from initial design concept through supply of equipment, testing and commissioning to the completion of warranty. This is accomplished through merging or refining existing product lines and establishing design criteria for new product lines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• BSME or BSEE
• 3-5 years experience in engineering function
• engineering experience within a mobile application preferred
• broad mechanical education in the fields of pneumatic-hydraulic control technology and engineering design
• experience in microprocessor interface with electro-pneumatic and/or electro-hydraulic equipment
• Computer skills (spreadsheet, project management programs, design calculations, etc.)
